Inspection Trips

For clients who wish to buy a home in Turkey we, at Altinkum.Com Realestate & Property Management.

Altinkum.Com, would like to offer you a subsidized one week information and viewing trip.

During your stay with us you will be shown properties within your price range.

If you can arrange your flight, we will collect you from the airport (Bodrum or Izmir Airports only) and will provide you with one week's accommodation free of charge.

As well as building and selling our own properties, we also sell properties for other established builders.

Should you decide to purchase one of our own properties (Altinkum.Com), we will refund the cost of your flight tickets up to the value of £200 per ticket (max. two flight tickets per property purchased), this will be deducted from your legal fees. Receipt of flight tickets must be issued for reinbursement. If you decide not to buy one of our properties, the airport transfers and the one week accommodation will still be covered by Altinkum.Com Please contact us for further information.

There are no specific dates for our inspection trips as they depend solely on your time schedule and the availability of the flights departing from UK airports to Bodrum and Izmir Airports. Whenever you can arrange a flight, we will be there to look after you.
Please Note In no way is the cost of our subsidized inspection trip reflected to our property prices. We offer standard prices to all of our clients.

Booking Flights To Turkey

Bodrum Airport is only open as an international airport during the high season (1^st May - 31^st October). In the Winter you can fly to Izmir Adan Menderes Airport (open all year round), though these flights fly from the London (with some flights from Manchester) airports only.
