After Sale Services

When you come on holiday you want everything to be as relaxing as possible - we provide the following services to help you ease into your new lifestyle:

Rental Service Should you wish to rent out your property we can advertise it on the rental section of our website and in the office directory, at a cost of £100 per year.

We can also arrange transfers, starter packs and cleaning services for your guests - see relevant sections for costs. Property Checks Altinkum Property Management can help safeguard your home by making routine security checks on your behalf when your property is uninhabited and reporting back.

At this time, we can also pick up any bills that may be due and advise you that payment is required. This service costs £10 per inspection. Cleaning Service We can ensure your property is clean and fresh for your arrival to begin your holiday.

This service can also be provided should you wish your property to be cleaned between rentals. The cost is £30 per house clean and of holiday. Also we provide inventory check of your household items. Starter Pack Should you wish your fridge to be stocked with milk, bread, tea, coffee etc. for your arrival, we can arrange for you. Cost is dependent on items requested.

Garden/Pool Service Should you wish your pool and garden to be in tip top condition when you arrive - we can arrange this. Cost dependent on work required.

Security check:

We inspect your property and do the security check regularly. We check your property against robbery. We check if theres any dump or mould. We open the windows for the fresh air also. We can take the picture of your property (if there any damages detailed report) and take the photos emailed to you with a report enclosed.

Bill Payments:

When you return to Turkey, the bills will be submitted to you for payment. We can also advise you on setting up a bank account for paying these bills if you wish.

Protection of your property:

Althought there's a little crime in Turkey, for your own peace of mind, we can install a security system with CCTV by a professional security team, linked to the local police office station.

Winter Care:

During the winter time on your absence so many things could happen ie. storms, damages, dump, etc.
Both inside and outside we keep on eye on your property. We check water maintainance, etc. once a month all year around

Pool Cleaning: Hygene is very important for swimming pools and Seasonal cleaning as a first start for a proper hygene. Swimming pools left iddle during the winter time causes bakteria and mould. Rotten mould is cleaned carefuly by our staff then chemicals are in use for the hygene of your swimming pool. We would like to remind you that; good measurement an quality equipment for your swimming water is the health of your swimming pool.

Insurance Services

We can help on your insurance needs for your property. We can advise and support information about insurance issues in Didim.

Whether you are at homeResidency and Visas

When you plan to stay in Turkey longer then usual. You need more than a tourist visa. For reside permanent residency issues we do give services too.

Price: Transport and invoices for taxes paid by residency holder.

Welcome Pack:

On your arrival to your house you may need essential goods ie. milk, bread, orange juice, bottled water(1X5 litres), butter, jar of coffee, jar of, eggs(X6), sugar, jam, tea bags

Airport Transfers:

We do have contacts, we can arrange airport transfers between - to Airport. Let us know about flight details and notice a week before.

Hire a baby cot: you dont have to carry a baby cot all the way down to turkey, we can fix one for your baby.

Cleaning services:

Whether you are at home or away, we have a cleaning team at your disposal, with a minimum of 24 hours notice, we can have your home clean as a new pin and we can also purchase essential groceries in anticipation of your arrival.

- House Keeping Services

We Clean your house with proper cleaning materials and equipments. All the materials we use are anti-allergic and top quality. Cleaning made by proffessionals with ultra attention. We can also wash table clothes, linens, towels too.
If you dont have a washing machine, no problem we can do it in our laundry with extra charge.

Carpet Cleaning: We wash your Carpet on its place with special vacuum cleaner by using special antibacterial shampoo wil cost you extra charge depends to your size of carpets. We would like to remind you once again it really does worth!

Oven Cleaning:Heavy fat sticked in and around cookers are being cleaned carefully with no damage by our professionals

- Construction completion Services

This done in two steps.

First step:we clean the building just after construction work is done before you move your equipment and fit your furniture.
